FOUNDER OF BRIGHTLY CONSULTING
Brightly Consulting LLC was founded by Heidi Brownell, M.S.Ed., PMP®, a Prosci®-certified program leader, independent quality assurance consultant, and educator.
She has worked alongside delivery teams and leaders accountable for results. Her experience includes recovering troubled projects and conducting organizational reviews, stakeholder interviews, and performance analyses. Across projects and classrooms, she combines direct experience “in the wild” with practical tools that help people decide what to do next.
Recognition includes a letter from Washington Governor Christine Gregoire for enterprise project leadership and two Puget Sound PMI awards: Project of the Year for the Shared Services Email Project (2013) and Project Manager of the Year.

APPLIED EXPERIMENT
Concert Gems began with a personal interest in live music and a question: Could AI help people discover performances they might otherwise miss?
Developing the proof of concept involved defining requirements, researching artists and events, organizing and validating data, developing classification rules, and guiding AI-assisted software development. Iterative testing, quality assurance, and user feedback continue to shape the results. The work demonstrates how intellectual curiosity, structured research, and emerging technology can create something useful for others.
